The Meeple trait in TFT Set 17 brings a unique and playful mechanic to the Convergence. These “Astronauts” draw in magical Meeps that enhance their combat abilities in creative ways while granting a significant Health boost to the entire squad.
The core Meeple team consists of 8 essential champions: Poppy, Veigar, Gnar, Meepsie, Fizz, Corki, Rammus, and Bard. The 7-Meeple milestone provides valuable cloning utility. The legendary 10 Meeple milestone summons the powerful FOUR MEEPLORDS to dominate the battlefield.
How to get 10 Meeple in TFT Set 17
Achieving the maximum milestone is a challenge, as there are only 8 natural Meeple units:
- The 8 Core Units: All Meeple champions from Poppy (1-cost) to Bard (5-cost) must be fielded.
- 2 Meeple Emblems: Two Meeple Emblems are needed. These can be obtained through specific Augments or by using a Spatula on the Carousel.
- Strategy: Focus on the cloning mechanic at (7) to generate gold and build a 3-star Bard or Rammus as primary carries.

Building a Meeple army increases team durability and unlocks powerful cloning mechanics:
- (3) Meeple: +2% bonus effect and +125 Health.
- (5) Meeple: +3% bonus effect and +250 Health.
- (7) Meeple: +4% bonus effect and +400 Health. This milestone unlocks a Cloning Slot on the bench. After a duration based on the champion’s cost, a 1-star copy of that unit is gained, along with gold.
- (10) Meeple: +6% bonus effect and +1000 Health. CALL UPON THE FOUR MEEPLORDS! These colossal units provide massive crowd control and damage.
Strategic Instructions for Playing Effectively
Early Game: Start with Poppy and Veigar. Their low cost makes them easy to 2-star early, providing a solid frontline and backline foundation.
Mid Game (The Cloning Phase): Reach 7 Meeple to start using the Cloning Slot. Duplicate high-value units or 4-cost champions like Corki and Rammus to accelerate economy.
Late Game: The win condition is reaching Level 9 or 10 to find Bard and activate the 10-Meeple effect. Position Rammus and Poppy at the front to soak up damage while Bard and Corki deal damage from the backline.
