How to Play Hunter TFT Set 18

Hunter is a flexible AD trait that can be played as a primary carry composition or combined with other frontline synergies. Since Hunters gain extra Attack Damage and Damage Amplification by focusing the same target, positioning and target priority are key to maximizing their damage output.

In the early game, use Ashe and Caitlyn to activate the Hunter trait while building a durable frontline. During the mid game, add Cinderling and Sivir to increase your damage and stabilize your board. In the late game, look for Tristana as your main carry and complete the 5 Hunter breakpoint if possible.

Equip your primary Hunter carry with core AD items such as Guinsoo’s Rageblade, Infinity Edge, Last Whisper, Giant Slayer, or Deathblade, depending on the lobby. Your frontline should prioritize tank items like Warmog’s Armor, Bramble Vest, and Gargoyle Stoneplate to buy enough time for Hunters to ramp up their damage.

Position Hunters safely in the backline and protect them with strong tanks or utility champions. Since the trait rewards attacking the same target continuously, avoid unnecessary repositioning that could cause your carries to switch focus. With proper itemization and positioning, Hunter compositions can consistently deal massive sustained damage and dominate extended teamfights.
